A paid perpetual Headend license requires Internet for its first activation only; afterward it has no recurring confirmation, configuration lock, or offline output cutoff. Headend trials retain their signed trial expiry and evaluation safeguards. Streamer, OTT, and Middleware continue using online license confirmation for subscription continuity.

Headend is the only new perpetual product. Perpetual media-node purchases are not sold. Checkout is available only when the exact matching product is configured; Middleware never substitutes another plan.

OTT and BUZZ Middleware include the Custom Android APK App Builder. OTT allows unlimited builds; Middleware builds are bound to the licensed HTTPS domain. Headend and Streamer do not include App Maker.
On servers you control. Headend, Streamer and OTT install on a fresh Ubuntu Server 26.04 LTS (or 24.04 LTS) host with the shared appliance installer. BUZZ Middleware installs on its own Ubuntu Server 26.04 LTS host.
